By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About AssuredBox

AssuredBox is an independent publishing and digital resource platform providing articles, guides, explainers, research-based content, technology resources, design resources, and other informational materials.

AssuredBox also operates AssuredBox Iconic, a dedicated collection of icons and related design resources. Because these materials serve different purposes, their usage rights are described separately within these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property and AssuredBox Brand

Unless otherwise stated, original editorial content, written materials, website design, page layouts, graphics created by AssuredBox, branding, logos, names, and other original materials published through AssuredBox are owned by or licensed to AssuredBox and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Using the website or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of any AssuredBox intellectual property to you. You receive only the rights expressly granted by these Terms or by a specific license accompanying a resource.

The AssuredBox and AssuredBox Iconic names, logos, and distinctive brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests that you are AssuredBox, that your business or product is affiliated with AssuredBox, or that AssuredBox sponsors or endorses your work, unless we have given written permission.

You may not register or attempt to register AssuredBox names, logos, or confusingly similar marks as your own trademarks or brand identifiers.

3. Editorial Content and Information

AssuredBox publishes articles, guides, explainers, tutorials, and other informational content based on research that may include publicly available information, official documentation, public statements, web research, and other lawful sources.

We aim to make our content useful, clear, and reasonably accurate, but information available on the web can change, become outdated, contain errors, or be interpreted differently over time. We therefore do not guarantee that every article or resource is complete, accurate, or current.

Content published by AssuredBox is provided for general informational purposes and should not automatically be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for an important decision.

AssuredBox may update, correct, modify, or remove published content at any time.

4. Use of AssuredBox Articles

You may use information and factual material from AssuredBox articles as a reference for your own personal, educational, editorial, professional, or commercial work.

For example, you may use an AssuredBox article as a source while creating a YouTube video, social-media post, presentation, newsletter, educational material, research note, or your own original article.

This permission is intended to allow you to use the information, not to reproduce AssuredBox's publication itself. You may not republish an entire AssuredBox article as your own work, reproduce substantial portions of an article, or otherwise create a substitute for the original publication.

You may not systematically copy, scrape, mirror, archive, or reproduce AssuredBox articles for the purpose of creating another content database, archive, publication, training resource, or competing service. You may not sell or license AssuredBox articles, or substantial portions of them, as standalone content.

Where you refer to AssuredBox as a source, attribution is appreciated and, where reasonably practical, you should identify AssuredBox and link to the original article.

5. AssuredBox Iconic License

Icons made available through AssuredBox Iconic may be used in personal and commercial projects, including websites, applications, software, UI/UX work, presentations, social-media content, videos, marketing materials, client projects, educational materials, and other finished creative work.

You may resize, recolor, modify, combine, animate, transform, or otherwise adapt an Iconic icon as reasonably necessary for your project. Unless a specific Iconic resource states otherwise, attribution is not required.

The license allows you to use an icon as part of your own finished work. It does not transfer ownership of the original icon to you.

6. Iconic Redistribution and Resale

AssuredBox Iconic resources may not be redistributed or sold as standalone assets.

You may not sell, license, publish, upload, repackage, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the original Iconic files themselves as a separate product or resource. This includes redistributing original SVG, PNG, or other downloadable icon files, creating another icon library from them, or uploading them to a stock, template, marketplace, or competing resource platform.

The distinction is simple: you may use an Iconic icon in your project, but the icon itself cannot become the product you are selling or redistributing.

7. Brand Icons and Third-Party Trademarks

Some icons available through AssuredBox Iconic may represent companies, products, applications, services, platforms, or other recognizable brands.

Such names, logos, symbols, and brand identities belong to their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise. Their inclusion in Iconic or elsewhere on AssuredBox does not transfer any trademark ownership or other rights to AssuredBox or to users of the platform.

The presence of a third-party brand icon does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, authorization, or endorsement by the relevant trademark owner.

Brand-related icons should be used in a manner that accurately identifies the relevant brand and does not falsely suggest an official relationship.

8. Third-Party Content and External Links

AssuredBox may contain links to third-party websites, services, documentation, products, social-media platforms, or other resources. We may also reference or display third-party names, trademarks, logos, images, screenshots, or other materials in connection with our editorial content.

Third-party materials and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on AssuredBox does not mean that AssuredBox owns them or that the relevant owner endorses AssuredBox.

9. User-Submitted Content

Where AssuredBox provides features that allow users to submit, upload, publish, comment on, or otherwise provide content (“User Content”), you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit that content and that your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights and does not violate applicable law.

By submitting User Content, you grant AssuredBox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the relevant AssuredBox services.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use AssuredBox or its resources to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights;
• impersonate AssuredBox or falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically collect content in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable restrictions;
• redistribute or resell AssuredBox Iconic resources as standalone assets;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent technical protections of the Services; or
• use AssuredBox resources for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

AssuredBox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the website, its content, or its resources will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, current, or free from technical or security issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AssuredBox and its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Services or information published through them.

12. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, licensing arrangements, technology, legal requirements, or our practices. When changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this page.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
